Hello and welcome to my blog. I thinking of using this to track my weight loss journey. I’ll post some pictures as I progress. So far I’ve lost about 28 pounds and hope to loose more. I’ll also add some posts on other interests like golfing and photography. All this will help me be more active and loose weight as well.
