The Weekend is a wash, rain and low ambition keeping me in this weekend. Head back to work tomorrow and start it all over again. Hoping next weekend is a better one, sure could use a nice weekend. To rainy for golf, don’t feel like getting wet. I don’t like to take pictures on a gray day like this, no color. I know I should probably go to the gym, I need to get motivated. I guess a little down time never hurt anyone.
Gym
April 17, 2008I haven’t been to the gym sense Tuesday morning. I’ve been spending most of my off time trying to fix my computer. I can no longer connect my printer of I-Pod to it. So anyone who goes to the gym will tell you, your I-Pod is a necessity. Still trying to trace the problem and hopefully with get it resolved soon.
Work and Gym
April 15, 2008Today after work I’m going to go the the gym. I usually try and go 4 times a week. I’m starting off kinda slow, just 50 minutes on the treadmill. I’m also watching my diet as well. I work the night shift so it makes things a little more difficult than a usual diet If there is such a thing as a usual diet. But it seems to be working like I said in my previous post I’ve lost 28 pounds so far. Cutting back on fast food is the most difficult part. I could live on McDonald’s and Pizza joints. And that’s how I got this way. Well that and sitting at a computer all day. Needless to say socializing when your an over weight desk Jockey is tough. Summer is coming and I’m going to going back out to the golf courses and driving ranges again. So that will also help me with exercising and weight loss.

April 14, 2008Hello and welcome to my blog. I thinking of using this to track my weight loss journey. I’ll post some pictures as I progress. So far I’ve lost about 28 pounds and hope to loose more. I’ll also add some posts on other interests like golfing and photography. All this will help me be more active and loose weight as well.
